Hi, I'm Coach Faisal, a qualified professional well-being coach. I founded By Coach Faisal to help people discover how to achieve their most Inner Happiness by doing Personal Development.


After graduating from university and I went straight to work. Where I faced challenges like bad habits, insecurities, poor time management, anxiety, and chronic stress. These experiences motivated me to transform various aspects of my life, enabling me to live the life I truly desired.


I've learned the importance of making each day significant, purposeful, and productive. Sadly, I've noticed many people find themselves trapped in mundane, stressful, and regrettable daily routines, leading to unfulfilling weeks and months.  Enjoying being Consistent in my life.

I used to follow the loudest noise in my day, whether it's related to work, unexpected situations, or lingering problems.


Soon I realized, another week has passed & another birthday. I felt behind & lost. I lacked conscious awareness to focus, understand & achieve my day.


Since Covid, I've taken my personal development to another level. I've personalised my daily life in various meaningful activities that I can see building up like a staircases.

1: Consulation Session (Free)

We will discuss Situation, problems, expectation and outcomes. Then Week One Task and Start Date.


2: Confirmation and Payment

You will recieve personalised personal development plan in PDF and Payment Link.


3: Start Date, Accountability, Adjustment and Inside Knowledge

Each day, we will have a booked session for one hour (Monday to Friday, 5 X 60 Minutes).


4: Daily Support & Resources

Daily messages from you and highlighted feedback from me. As well as bespoke resources.


5: Guaranteed Improvement, Progress and Realisation

If you can't see it, feel it and notice the improvement, progress and achievements then I am happy to refund you.


6: Weekly Plan to Monthly Members

After three weeks of personal development (45 Tasks Achieved), you will be strong enough for Monthly Members Plan.


7: Monthly Members Plan

Only 5 clients are selected to become Monthly Members because of their rate of growth and committment. As such they will have personalised surprises, rewards and special support without any cost.
